The New Jersey Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE) shapes statewide higher education policy and partners with institutions to advance student success. The office coordinates key grant programs, including EOF, GEAR UP, the Career Accelerator Internship Grant and the Some College, No Degree initiative. OSHE also supports campus mental health services and provides other student resources, to promote safe and inclusive learning environments across New Jersey.
